Special notes and restrictions

We offer Galleries free stock photos, digital photography pictures, photo collage templates, animated creations, clip art, greeting cards and many other unique creations of Witty Productions, and simply request you please follow these basic guidelines:

ABSOLUTELY NO FREE STOCK PHOTOS, ANIMATIONS, CLIP ART OR GREETING CARDS CAN BE USED OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY USE ONLINE OR OTHERWISE THAT GENERATES INCOME WITHOUT FIRST CHECKING WITH US!

If you need to remove the credit listed on the bottom of the photograph please give credit to Witty Productions in your text or in the credits of your written PERSONAL publications.

Please don't use our images to sell or distribute without first getting permission to do so!

Of course, we cannot be held liable if any of our photographs are ever used in any manner that may be obscene, slanderous or just plain not nice in any product or publication with which they might be associated!

Most of our photo sharing gallery offer free photos! Enjoy them all, but remember for PERSONAL USE ONLY! Resale in any form is never allowed.

Some images will allow you to right click and download to your desktop, all others you will need to get a link from the gallery by clicking the "share" button found in the top right corner, and some are available for a few bucks. We want you to enjoy our free animated clip art, creative black and white photography, and our free photo effects for any and all personal use, but NEVER for your online business or anything that generates income without first checking with us.

For clarity, you may not use any part of any creation in products for resale, license or other distribution, For example, you cannot modify any images, print it on a t-shirt, mug, poster, template or other item, and sell it to others for reproduction or re-sale. These uses will not be permitted. If there is any doubt that a creation is being used in a way that violates any rules or regulations set here, you should either obtain an Extended License or contact us directly for guidance and permission. Any use of any content that is not a Permitted Use shall constitute infringement of copyright and be strictly enforced.
